用共沉淀法制备了Mg2 + 掺杂的In2 O3 纳米粉 ,研究了镁掺杂对In2 O3 电导和气敏性能的影响 .结果表明 :MgO和In2 O3 间可形成有限固溶体In2 -xMgxO3 (0≤x≤ 0 .40 ) ;MgIn× 电离的空穴对材料导带电子的湮灭 ,使掺镁纳米粉的电导变得很小 ;n(Mg2 + )∶n(In3 + ) =1∶2共沉淀物于 90 0℃下热处理 4h ,用所得的纳米粉制作的传感器在 32 0~ 370℃下 ,对 45 μmol/LC2 H5OH的灵敏度达 10 2 .5 ,为相同浓度干扰气体Petrol的 12倍多 .  相似文献

Much work on special elements that simplify geometrical modelling of structures containing holes, cracks and/ or inclusions has been reported extensively in the literature. This paper presents a hybrid-Trefftz element containing elliptic hole formulated using Hellinger–Reissner principle by employing trial functions based on the mapping technique and the Cauchy integral method. The element presented in this paper could be regarded as an improved formulation over Piltner [Special finite elements with holes and internal cracks, Int. J. Numer. Methods Eng. 21 (1985) 1471–1485] element because the chosen trail functions in this paper have provided relatively more stable solutions. The use of the element with other ordinary displacement-based finite elements has also yielded very accurate solutions even when very coarse meshes relative to the size of the elliptic hole have been used.  相似文献

We apply the least‐squares finite element method with adaptive grid to nonlinear time‐dependent PDEs with shocks. The least‐squares finite element method is also used in applying the deformation method to generate the adaptive moving grids. The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated by solving a Burgers' equation with shocks. Computational results on uniform grids and adaptive grids are compared for the purpose of evaluation. The results show that the adaptive grids can capture the shock more sharply with significantly less computational time. 激光激发的声表面波为材料表面缺陷的检测提供了有力的工具.针对含缺陷材料在模型边界上的复杂性,建立了基于平面应变的有限元模型并选取了相同厚度但含有不同深度的表面裂痕的单层铝板进行了对比计算,得到了声表面波经过不同深度的表面裂痕时产生的反射及透射信号波形的时域特征.进而引入了基于Wigner-Ville分布理论的时-频分析方法计算裂痕前、后散射的瞬态表面波的能量在时间-频率平面内分布的情形.结果显示:声表面波接近中心频率的某一频率成分在经过深度小于其中心波长的表面缺陷时,随着裂痕深度的增加,对应于该频率的反射系数呈现单调递增的趋势;而透射系数呈现递减的特征,这一结果可以为激光超声检测表面缺陷提供一种定量的表征手段.  相似文献

Simple techniques for determining the broadband small signal equivalent circuit (SSEC) of MESFETs are presented in this paper. The intrinsic elements are calculated using two-dimensional method from the Y parameters, which are obtained from the Fourier analysis of the device transient response to voltage-step perturbations at the drain and gate electrodes. Whereas, the parasitic external elements are determined by simple approximations used in transmission line modeling. In addition, a new technique is also proposed to determine the source and drain series resistances. A comparison of the SSEC of three different MESFETs technologies shows that the MESFETs on GaN and 4H-SiC are suitable for high power applications. The method used to determine the intrinsic elements is validated with simulated data obtained by Monte Carlo method.  相似文献

It is very challenging to decompose a plastic product for the purpose of analysis of hazardous elements contained. To circumvent such technical problem, it is imperative that an analyst employ a nondestructive analytical method free of any pretreatments. The analytical results of the concentrations of toxic metals such as Cd and Cr in polypropylene for seven samples at two different levels were obtained using the instrumental neutron activation analysis. This work was intended ultimately to establish certified reference materials (CRMs) of these metals in the polypropylene, traceable to the SI. The uncertainties associated with the analytical procedures were estimated in accordance with the ISO guideline. The results were subsequently validated by a comparison with those for CRM-680 and −681 of the Bureau Communautaire de Reference (BCR), which demonstrated acceptable agreement within their uncertainty ranges.  相似文献
